Oma Dianne has some of the best recipes! When she decided to move from her home into assisted living she allowed me to have her recipe cards. I have not made all of them but I can almost guarantee they are the best. Just like you and your soon to be little brother. I love you dearly.

Ingredients

• 2 Tbs coffee liquor
• 1 cup chocolate ships
• 1 pint whipping cream
• 1 Tbs orange juice
• 4 eggs (2 eggs and 2 egg yolks and 2 egg whites)
• 1 tsp vanilla
• ¼ cup sugar

Preparation

• Melt chocolate chips and liquor in double boiler over low heat
• Beat or blend orange juice, eggs, egg yolks, vanilla, and sugar blend thoroughly to the chocolate mixture
• Beat whipped cream and add egg whites to soft peaks
• Fold into chocolate mixture
