Oma Dianne has some of the best recipes! When she decided to move from her home into assisted living she allowed me to have her recipe cards. I have not made all of them but I can almost guarantee they are the best. Just like you and your soon to be little brother. I love you dearly.

Ingredients

• ½ cup flour
• 1 Tbs sugar
• 2 large eggs
• ⅔ cup half and half
• 1 Tsp vanilla
• 2 Tbs butter
• 1 ¼ lbs apples, 3-4 apples pealed and grated or cut into slices
• ¼ cup brown sugar
• ¼ tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp lemon Juice
• Confectioners sugar for topping

Preparation

• Preheat oven to 500 degrees
• Heat 10 in ovenproof skillet in the oven as it comes to temp
• Mix flour, sugar and a pinch of salk in a bowl. In a second bowl wisk eggs, half and half, and vanilla until combined. Add liquid ingredients to dry
